  5. 2. Open BGMAIN.EXE with a hex editor

  7. 3. Go to $2446C8 and switch to edit mode (if needed)

  9. 4. Type E9 69 03 00

  11. 5. Save BGMAIN.EXE
  12.  
  13. 6. Enjoy.
  14.  
  15. This removes the check for CD 1 on startup. Use this patch
  16. only if you have CD 1 completely installed to your HDD.
